| Field of use: The chenille-revolving roller with articulated arms BPS 1200-29/32
is designed to work in open pits, mainly for the takeover of the excavated material by ESR
470 and conveyed by front truck carrier. The use is not limitative, being successfully
recommended where big heap of material should be carried away.

Construction
description:
The chenille-revolving roller is a complex mining machine (heavy
duty) composed by welded metallic structures, devices, equipments and electric engines,
which may be considered in three groups:
- Base
ripping infrastructure
- Swivel
superstructure
- Electric
driving, command and automatic, spread both on infrastructure and superstructure
A.
Base ripping infrastructure
- Driving
mechanism on two chenille with independent lubricating system for the sliding bearings
- The tie bridge between the chenille, with electric cable shell
B.
Swivel superstructure
- Revolving
mechanism with independent lubricating system
- The
pillar holding the electric cabin, the steering cabin and the luffing davit, with sheave
and handrail
- The
overtake conveyor, including the mast and back stay wires
- The discharge conveyor, including the mast and back stay cables
C.
Electric power station, command and
automatic station
- The
high tension part of 6 KV composed by the supply cable, regulation station and electric
cabin
- The low
tension station, composed by the driving, steering and signalling shelves
- The
speed variation electric command for the conveyor belts, adjusting to the loading capacity
Delivery conditions:
The supplier provide with the product:
- Spare
parts (for guarantee period)
- Technical documentation of assembling, running and maintenance
On request, the supplier can provide spare parts for two years
running period.
Technical assistance for assembling, putting into operation and running-in can be
provided, as well as training of personnel.
Guarantee: 12 months from putting into operation, but not later than 24 months from
delivery. |
