The scraper conveyor drum shedder type ERC 100-30/7 is designed for the dump and coal mining in tangent and in depth scrapping. The machine is designed after the type Sch RS 1400 previously made in cooperation KRUPP. The use technology of the scraper conveyor enables it to work successively on three levels, thus, having a range of scrapping up to 57 m in depth, while remaining on the same fist level. The conveyor may be positioned in low depth or in deep section layers.

Scrapping capacity:

The scraper conveyor type ERC 1400-30/7 has the following working performances:

• In sterile sections:
  • 1800m³/h in virgin layer
  • 2520m³/h  in fluffy backfill of a rate up to 1,4
• In coal sections: 1800 t/h at a pressure of 1,2 t/ m³ and fluffy rate of 1,5

These capacities are valid for a layer height of min. 4,5 m. According to the layer height, the following capacities on section may be performed:

• For layer depth of 4m = 97%
• For layer depth of 3m = 88%
• For layer depth of 2m = 72%
• For layer depth of 1m = 45%

In conditions of good visibility, the following capacities may be performed:

• For layer depth of 1m = 70%
• For layer depth of 2m = 80%
• For layer depth of 3m = 90%
• For layer depth of 4m = 92%
