The gears hobbing machine FD250 is used for tooth generate milling by rolling, using a hobbing cutter. The machine has a universal character and may be used in unique production, small series and big series, with a high productivity.

            With the machine it may be performed the following operation types:

  • spur gears milling;
  • leaning gears milling;
  •  helical gears milling;
  • worm-wheel milling with hobbing cutter, with radial advancement;
  • worm-wheel milling with hobbing cutter, with tangential advancement;
  • flying cutter worm-wheel milling with tangential advancement;
  • leaning and spur gears milling with small conicalness (cylindro-conical wheels);
  • wheels milling with teeth profile that may be generated by rolling (sprockets, channeled axles, etc.).
