3. MD 250

        The MD 250 vertical slotting machine for cylindrical gears by rolling with a cutting wheel is designed for machining by rolling the cylindrical gears and it has a universal character, and can be used in the processing of unique gears, small or large series.

        It can execute the following operations:

• Slotting straight inner cylindrical tooth ;
• Generate profiles by rolling (with the appropriate profile tools);
• Generate  leaning outer and inner cylindrical tooth;
• Generate straight or leaning tooth worm gears;
• Slotting various forms of semi-manufactured goods (spindles, blocks with closed gear crowns, gear sectors etc.);

• Maximum diameter of the semi-manufactured good: 250 mm;
• Maximum cutting module :5;
• Maximum width of the semi-manufactured good: 60 mm;
• Work precision: normal , 6 DIN class;
