3. Furnace with fixed hearth

            This furnace supplied with natural gas combustion is used for the initial and final operations of heat treatment as well as for chemical treatments (case-hardening) of the pieces that were prescribed these operations All operations are performed within a controlled atmosphere.

        Main technical features:

• Total hearth length: 1320 mm;
• Total hearth width: 1060 mm;
• Hearth height: 600 mm;
• Natural gas flow: 14.17 m³ / hour;
• Maximal working temperature: 1100 C;
• Temperature control: automatic with a programmer or manually;
• Thermoregulator with TRM 10C with pen and paper.
