        The SPL 1250X6000 parallel lathe belongs to the category of heavy lathes, and it is intended for machining heavy workpieces (up to 8 tons) of ferrous and non ferrous alloys, with small, medium and large cutting speeds,  the workpiece can be caught in the universal, in the plate or between the heads, and supported with a fixed bezel and a tracking bezel.

         This lathe can perform the following operations:

• outer and inner longitudinal turning of cylindrical and tapered surfaces (max. 15°);
• transverse turning of plane surfaces;
• threading of external and internal surfaces with metric threads, Modul, and in inch;
• drilling;
• Cutting off etc.

        The SPL lathe is a rigid construction that allows metals processing in intensive conditions with high precision.
