3. Guillotine shears for cutting steel sheets type F.D.T. 40.40

            The electro-hydraulic drive guillotine type F.D.T. – 40.40, is used for cutting on ambient temperatures thick sheets of steel or non-ferrous to the dimensions needed to be operated in the workshops in the industries of machine manufacturing, ship building, chemical equipment building, wagon building, automotive, etc., with straight and neat cut features.

            Depending on the tensile strength of the cut material, the scissors cut the following dimensions:

• sheet with tensile strength of 45 daN / mm², up to 40 mm thick , 4000 mm long;
• sheet with tensile strength of 60 daN / mm², up to 34 mm thick, 4000 mm long;
• sheet with tensile strength of 30 daN / mm², up to 48 mm thick, 4000 mm long.

            The scissors may be used for cutting at an angle of the sheets with the protractor, or by cutting round profile from 1000 mm to max. 1750 mm, with the adequate device.
