        Thermal stress relieving for heavy welded subassemblies is done in an electric heated chamber with a mobile hearth with capacity of 80 tones. The working surface of the chamber measures 13,000 mm length, 3,500 mm width and 3,500 mm height.

      Thermal stress relieving for small subassemblies is done through vibrations or in horizontal flame chambers.

         Stress relieving  purpose to:

• reduce internal tensions in the welding;
• reduce deformation and cracking after welding;
• dimensional stabilization during mechanical processing.
