       Grimex executes repair of gear units with weight that varies between 25 kg and 35 tons which are used in various fields as follows:

• Belt conveyors drives with belt width of 650 to 2250 mm;
• Bucket wheel mechanisms;
• Stone crushing machines;
• Stone sorting machines;

       Repair service includes mainly the following operations:

• reconditioning of reams and separation plan for casings;
• shaft reconditioning or replacement;
• gears reconditioning or replacement;
• bearings replacement

      The quality of the repair is certified by U.S. non-destructive checks and L.P. followed by no-load testing on the bench, with measurements of parameters like temperature, noise, etc.
